Bec Rose – Conditioning Coach
We teamed up with strength and conditioning coach Bec Rose Akdemir to produce a personal brand video designed to inspire, connect, and convert. More than a highlight reel, this piece was built as a story-first marketing asset — one that reflects not just what she does, but who she is.
From a production perspective, we took a cinematic approach. We planned and executed a multi-day shoot that blended action footage with carefully framed sit-down interview segments. Using natural light and controlled setups, we captured powerful training visuals while maintaining an authentic look and feel. In post-production, we focused on tight pacing, smooth transitions, and a polished colour grade to ensure the final piece was both emotionally engaging and visually refined.
The interview became the foundation of the narrative — a raw, sincere conversation where Bec shares her motivations, values, and the mindset behind her coaching style. We structured the edit to follow that emotional arc, using supporting visuals and sound design to underscore key moments and keep viewers engaged from start to finish.
For fitness professionals, this style of production does more than showcase ability — it builds credibility. It positions you as a leader, not just another social media coach, and gives you a video that can serve across platforms: from social media teasers to full website features.
At 618 Media, our goal was to deliver a tool that speaks directly to the audience Bec wants to reach — not with generic visuals, but with intention, professionalism, and a human story that stays with the viewer.
