How it
works.
Pre-event brief
Run sheet, venue walkthrough, PA system check, crew positions. The more we know before the day the better the footage. We attend the pre-event site inspection where possible.
Shoot day coverage
One to three camera operators depending on scale. We work quietly and unobtrusively. Your attendees should never notice the camera. We do.
Same-day selects
For social-first events, we can pull rough selects from the day — a short Instagram Story cut or a BTS clip — within hours of the event ending.
Post-production & delivery
Full edit, colour grade, licensed music (or your supplied tracks), graphic overlays if required. Delivered within the agreed turnaround — usually 5–10 business days.
